Localization Flutter in Multi Languages (Minimal Internationalization) Flutter App

As it is known, there are two ways to localize Flutter applications

1-Internationalization based on the intl package is Advanced locale
2- Minimal internationalization is Alternative internationalization.
In this video tutorial we will apply the second method because it is the simplest.
